Real Estate Related Domain Names

At this point I'm not even supposed to be buying domain names, and thats just my own rule.

And yet I started to wonder about some of the first domains on my list that have as yet disappeared.

So I emailed the current owner of Hotevilla.com, (linked here only because I hope he parks it with an aggregator soon) a small town in Arizona probably nobody ever heard of of but I thought about buying the .com domain name years ago.

Granted I do now own a few other .com town names in the area and hope to build something up. The problem is that it is not yet a net connected area.

Not completely, like Flagstaff or Phoenix.

Do they want to be? And how does typing or text based information work into a culture based on the spoken word? Or is that the Sioux?

Keyword Packed Domain Names

I often talk about the importance of including your keywords in your domain name. I have cited a few personal examples of underbuilt, under promoted domain names that have ranked highly in the SERP's, like FreeMeatloafRecipe.com and UnderTableLighting.com, simply because the keywords were included in the domain name.

Thats why I wass glad to see this post over at Nerdy Nomad » Cram Those Keywords into Your Domain Name:

My problem is that I own more than quite a few domain names packed with keywords that are awaiting websites. So much so that it all seems so overwhelming at times.

And yet I keep looking at available domain names and imagining the possibilities.
