Here's an interesting little tool I stumbled across,

Not totally accurate for a number of reasons, specifically if you enter a blog with a .blogspot.com address, but fun none the less.

Priced one of my sites at $99 which I make several dollars a month off of, and $58 for another site that is completely unfinished yet ranked #1 on both Google and Yahoo for its search terms and has made me almost $600 without any updates or content in the last year.

I'd probably be able to retire if I worked on that site alone, so the idea of selling it for $58 is a little bit of a low offer in my mind, esp. when the domain name alone has been appraised at $1,600.
