Adsense Troubles

I recently helped build out a Teen Modeling website for a friend with Googles Adsense integrated mostly into the front page. Despite the keyword laced domain name, proper title, h1 and h2 tags and footer text (not to mention relevant keyword content) the Adsense boxes continue to display PSA ads.

And yet Google recorded a paid click the second day the site was up.

At first I thought it was just that my computer wasn't properly updating the site, like it did for another friends website which worked from every other computer except mine. But after checking it out on someone elses computer and internet connection the ads were still PSA's.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

A similar site I built the day before, Investing Videos, has a similar amount of content and also uses RSS feeds for updated relevant content and that site had no problem pulling in site specific advertisements.
