Customize Your Blogger Header

I had been thinking about putting up a tutorial on how to change your Blogger header and had one half written when I found the following Video Tutorial. It pretty much covers everything and since someone on Earners Forum asked how to do it I thought I'd go ahead and post it since I couldn't include the link in my reply.
